House rules
All of our properties have the following rules:
- Check in is after 4pm and checkout after 10am (If you require an early check in or late checkout please contact us as depending upon our cleaning schedule and availability we may be able to offer this)
- Some of our properties allow well behaved pets. We do however charge a £20 charge per stay for pets to cover the extra cleaning required to remove pet hair and odour. Please notify us of any pets at the time of booking
- We charge on a per person per night basis and all guests in all properties should be registered at the time of booking. Any unregistered guests will be charged at £50per person per night and any attempt to over occupy a unit will result in the entire party being asked to leave (No refund will be given). Should you need to register extra guest please contact us as soon as possible so that we can accommodate this.
- Our properties have entrance cameras for the safety and security of our guests as well as the security of our properties. These cameras should not be tampered with. Any removal or disconnection of camera systems will result in all guests being asked to leave and no refund will be given.
- Our properties are self catering and they should be treated with respect and left clean and tidy upon check out with all dishes etc washed before checkout.
- We do not allow parties and we ask that ask that you respect the neighbourhood where you are staying. Please under no circumstances make excessive noise after 10pm.
- Illegal drug use is prohibited in any of our properties. Any illegal drug use will be notified to authorities and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
- Any major damage should be reported as soon as possible to ensure we can repair any defects for the next guests. Minor damage should be reported at checkout. We understand that accidents happen and we will not charge for minor brakeage (Broken glasses etc). Large damage will be charged at the cost of replacement and time.
- Property rules within individual units should be read at check in and followed.
- Vehicles should be parked as per the check in instructions. They should not be parked in other residents parking bays; in front of neighbours properties or anywhere else where they may cause nuisance.
